Thursday and Friday update:

Thursday in Math we took the graphing/2-D shapes test.  The kids overall did a fantastic job.  The kids earned more 4's than I have ever given.
Friday in Math we started the basics of multiplying by decimals.  These next few days will be multiplying a whole number by a decimal.  Next Friday(ish) we will start multiplying decimals by decimals.
In ELA we continued to work on the Paul Revere Menu.  Today we continued to annotate an article over land ownership, and discussed how cultures can view the same word, Land Owner, differently.
In science on Thursday we conducted an investigation on speed with a "load", using the K-Nex cars the kids built. Today in Science we had book work on Newtons 3 laws and Kinetic/Potential energy.

Rings hit the floor!  Voting on a "celebration" will be on Monday.  Next Friday (the 30th) the kids will also have a fun snack math activity.
